What we ask for, where it's kept, who can see it, and what happens before anything is shared.
You start with a description, not files
Describing your archive takes no CAD files at all: file types, rough sizes and what's in them. The only upload we ask for, and only if you want, is a screenshot of folder sizes. Please don't upload CAD files.
Who can see what you tell us
Only the people in your company's account and the CADLode team. Nothing you enter is shown to AI labs without your approval. If a partner introduced you, they see your company's name and how far along it is, never your files or answers.
Where it's kept
Everything travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Your details are stored in a database in the United States, encrypted at rest by our hosting providers (Supabase for the database, Cloudflare for the site).
No tracking
No tracking scripts, and no cookies beyond the ones the site needs: to keep you signed in, to remember your language, and to remember the partner who referred you, if one did. We count page loads ourselves, by page and by which site sent the visit, and nothing about who you are.
Nothing moves until you sign
Your files stay in your systems until there's a signed agreement. You choose exactly which files are included, and client names, addresses and identifiers are removed before anything is used.
Export-controlled work stays out
Anything under ITAR, EAR or similar controls is kept out from the start. Tell us if you have any, and we'll make sure it isn't included.
Leaving is simple
Write to hello@cadlode.com and we'll delete your account and everything you told us.
